4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Couriers Used: Orders are dispatched and delivered using Evri or Royal Mail.

  • Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch items quickly, but delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • The buyer is responsible for paying return postage costs.

    • We will pay or reimburse the return postage cost only if the item arrived damaged, defective, or if the incorrect book was sent.

  • Refund Issuance: Approved refunds are processed directly back to your original payment method via Squarespace Payments. Please allow several working days for the funds to show in your account.
